Datavision B, which provides IT solutions and services, faced a major challenge. Their sales team was not effectively converting sales leads into revenue and losing a significant number of high-potential prospects every quarter. The marketing team had not been able to create a strong marketing strategy, which resulted in the market share in the industry dropping from 65% to 50% in two years. The sales team was not effective in closing deals, and the marketing team was unable to develop new products and stay abreast of changing industry trends.

Evaluation of Alternatives

In 2013, I developed a new software program, Datavision B. Datavision B was an online, cloud-based inventory management software. It was designed to help retailers increase efficiency, minimize losses, and save time. The software allowed retailers to monitor their inventory levels in real-time. Additionally, it facilitated order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and improved financial performance. In this project report, I discuss the main advantages of Datavision B and their potential impacts. The software’s design was simple
