A little over 14 months ago, I wrote about Tony Hsieh at Zappos’ leadership team, his ‘Structure’ Culture Change, and how it changed their work environment. After some feedback and some feedback from my readers, I was pleased to be invited by Zappos’ senior management team to write about our work environment again.
